Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern your use of the Millennial Business Academy website and your enrollment in our programs, including our bootcamps, the courses inside them, free training, and free resources. By using this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll. Millennial Business Academy (MBA, we, us, or our) is an online learning provider based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Who can enroll

Our programs are built for learners who can use a computer and a web browser. No degree or coding background is required. If you are under 18, you may enroll only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Programs, enrollment, and access

Our paid bootcamps and the courses inside them are delivered online through the AI Masterclass community, which is hosted on a third-party platform. After your payment is confirmed, we grant you access to the community and the materials included in your bundle, and we send your access details by email. Our free training is a free community with recorded sessions and resources, not a scheduled live class. Free resources, such as cheat sheets and assessments, are provided for general educational use. We may update, improve, or reorganize program content and the community over time.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Checkout is handled securely by our payment provider, Xendit, and we do not store your card details. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge for the bundle you selected at the price shown. We may change prices, bundles, and promotions at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.

Refunds

Paid programs are covered by our Refund Policy, which gives you a 7-day refund window from your purchase date, with a partial refund where a substantial part of the content has already been accessed, and no refund where the materials have been misused. Please read the full Refund Policy for the details and how to request a refund.

Your access and acceptable use

Your access to a program and the community is personal to you and is not transferable. You agree not to share your login or community access with anyone else, and to take part in the community respectfully. We may suspend or remove your access, without a refund, if you share access, harass other members, post spam or harmful content, or otherwise misuse the program or the community.

Intellectual property

All course materials, including videos, slides, templates, cheat sheets, and other resources, are owned by Millennial Business Academy or its licensors and are protected by law. When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the materials to build a competing program. The projects and work you create during the program are yours to keep and showcase.

Your submissions and reviews

When you submit information through a form, quiz, assessment, or the community, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. As explained in our Privacy Policy, the information you provide may be used for communications, research, and analytics. If you share a review, testimonial, or success story with us, you give us permission to publish it, including your first name and a screenshot, to promote our programs, unless you ask us to take it down.

No guarantee of results

Our programs are educational. We focus on practical, job-ready skills and real outputs, and some graduates have moved into new roles or earned promotions, but we do not promise a job, a specific income, a certification result, or any particular outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or career advice.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party services to run our programs, including the platform that hosts the AI Masterclass community and Xendit for payments. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.

Privacy

We process personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site and our programs, you agree to that processing.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and our content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the site or community will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, Millennial Business Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Significant changes take effect when posted, and continuing to use the site or our programs means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to our programs will be handled by the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
