AI training for working professionals in the Philippines

Built for someone who already has a job. AI training for working professionals in the Philippines, taught online through live sessions with recorded replays, so you train around your shift instead of quitting it. You practice Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n automation on work that resembles your own, and finish with a portfolio and a verifiable certificate rather than a completion screen. From ₱6,000, paid once.

Can you learn AI while working full time in the Philippines?

Yes. The AI-Powered Data Analytics Career Bootcamp runs online as live sessions with recorded replays, so you attend what your shift allows and take the rest later. It is ₱6,000 one time, or ₱12,500 for the Premium bundle, and it starts from computer literate: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n automation.

The honest version of the constraint: the people who finish are not the ones with the most free time, they are the ones who picked one task from their own job and rebuilt it. Enrollment stays open, so a week lost to work or family costs you a week, not the program.

AI Automations Course

Role By Role

What does AI fluency change in a normal office job?

5 versions of the same answer, because the change is different for someone approving reports than for someone building them. Find the one that matches your desk.

Office professional

You work in operations, finance, HR, admin, or support, and most of your week is spreadsheets, reports, and email.

The recurring report stops eating a morning. You learn to brief AI with the real context and constraints, take the draft, then check it against the source data yourself. That last step is the one almost nobody is taught, and it is the difference between a faster report and a wrong one sent confidently.

First thing to try
Rebuild one weekly report you already send. Time it before and after, and keep both files.
What you can show
The rebuilt report, the working file behind it, and a short note on what you verified before sending.

Virtual assistant or freelancer

You bill clients by the hour or by the task, often for a client in another timezone, and what you can accept is limited by what you can produce in a day.

You can take on the work you used to hand back: the messy export nobody wants to clean, the dashboard the client keeps asking for, the follow-up sequence that runs on a schedule instead of on your memory. Cleaning and reporting stop being separate skills you do not have.

First thing to try
Pick the one client task you dread most and turn it into a repeatable workflow with a written checklist.
What you can show
A before and after of that workflow, including how long the manual version took.

Manager or team lead

You do not build the analysis yourself. You approve it, present it, and answer for it when someone challenges a number.

You can tell a solid figure from a confident one, ask the question that breaks a bad chart, and set a rule for your team on what may and may not be pasted into a public AI tool. Reviewing AI-assisted work is a different skill from producing it, and it is the one your job actually needs.

First thing to try
Write your team a one page rule on AI use, including the list of things that never go into a public tool.
What you can show
That rule, plus one decision you can trace back to the data and the checks behind it.

Business owner

You run a small business and you are also the marketing team, the bookkeeper, and the person answering messages at ten in the evening.

The admin that repeats every week becomes something that runs without you, and your own sales and expense data becomes something you read rather than something you file. You also stop paying for tools you do not need, because you can tell what a tool is really doing.

First thing to try
Automate one thing that repeats every week, then leave it running for a month before you add a second.
What you can show
The automation still running, and the numbers it now produces on its own.

Teacher or trainer

You teach in a school, a college, or inside a company, and your students are already using AI whether or not it is allowed.

You can design work that an AI answer alone cannot pass, show students how to check a generated claim against a source, and build your own materials in a fraction of the time. The classroom conversation moves from banning the tool to grading the judgment.

First thing to try
Redesign one assessment so a copied AI answer fails it, and write the rubric that explains why.
What you can show
The redesigned assessment, the rubric, and a sample of student work marked against it.

The Evidence

Are Filipino professionals behind on AI?

No, and the published research is worth reading before you decide you are late. Three findings, each with the source and the period, so you can check them rather than take our word for it.

25%

of Filipino workers now qualify as Frontier Professionals, against 16 percent globally

You are not late to this. On the measure Microsoft tracks, Filipino workers are ahead of the global average, so the office you walk into already has people using these tools daily.

Microsoft Work Trend Index, August 2026

78%

of Filipino employees use AI at work every day, while only 35 percent get training for their actual role

If you use AI at work and nobody ever trained you for your actual role, that is not a personal failing. It is the normal Filipino experience, and it is the precise gap that structured training closes.

Sprout, survey of more than 3,500 employees across 13 industries, July 2026

17%

of Philippine organizations say they can recruit and retain enough people with AI skills

This is the line to quote when you ask your employer to pay. Companies here say they struggle to recruit and keep people with AI skills, which makes training the person already on the payroll the cheaper move.

Aon Human Capital Trends Study, July 2026

What AI skills do Philippine employers actually look for?

Two things together, not AI alone: the analytics tools a job already runs on, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, plus ChatGPT, and Claude used on top of them. The Aon Human Capital Trends Study found only 17% of Philippine organizations say they can recruit and retain enough people with AI skills.

Source: Aon Human Capital Trends Study, July 2026.

Prompting on its own is now a low bar, because most of the office can already do it. What is rare is someone who can clean a real dataset, question the numbers in it, catch a confidently wrong answer, and say where a figure came from when a manager pushes back. Graduates have been hired as a Business Analytics Officer at BPI BanKo and as a BI Support Analyst at Reed Elsevier. That is a track record, not a placement guarantee, and we do not offer one.

Around Your Job

How do you train around a full-time job?

6 real obstacles and what the program actually does about each one. If an answer here sounds like motivation rather than a mechanism, hold it against us.

  • You cannot promise to be free at the same hour every week.

Sessions run live and every one is recorded. You attend what your shift and your family allow, and take the rest on replay, in whatever order your week permits. Nothing disappears because you missed the night it aired.

  • Your evenings are already spoken for.

Replays let you split the work instead of blocking out an evening you do not have. Watch a section on a commute, do the exercise the next day, come back for the next one. Progress made in pieces still counts.

  • You will lose a week to work, illness, or family. Everyone does.

Plan for it now instead of treating it as failure later. Enrollment stays open, the replays and the community are still there when you come back, and there is no cohort that closes behind you.

  • You have no spare dataset to practice on.

Use your own work wherever the data is yours to use. Where it is not, the free practice projects, the client simulator, and the data cleaning lab give you genuinely messy data and a marked answer, at no cost and with no payment details.

  • You are coming from a job with nothing technical in it.

The program starts from computer literate, not computer science. If you can use a laptop and a browser, the first session will not lose you, and the lessons are in plain English with Filipino examples.

  • You want to know it is worth the money before you spend it.

Start with the free tools and the free community training, and see whether you touch them twice. If a free thing you chose sits unopened for a month, a paid program will sit unopened too, and that is worth finding out for nothing.

Not ready to pay for anything yet? Start with the free practice tools or the free community training. Both are open now, and neither asks for payment details.

Proof, Not Claims

What do you show an employer afterward?

5 pieces of evidence a manager or a recruiter can actually assess, and the weaker version of each that people send instead.

A finished project on real data, start to finish

A hiring manager or a boss can assess work. Nobody can assess a claim that you are good with AI. Walk them through the question you were answering, what you did to the data, and what you decided to leave out.

Not this: A screenshot of a course progress bar at 100 percent.

A before and after from the job you already have

This is the strongest single piece of evidence a working professional can carry, because it is about their real work rather than a training exercise. Bring the file, the query, or the workflow, and be able to say what changed.

Not this: A list of tool names added to your CV with no output attached.

The certificate, with a number that can be checked

Certificates of completion carry a 9 digit number that anyone can verify on our site, so a recruiter or an HR team can confirm it without contacting you first. The AI badge sits alongside it.

Not this: A PDF with no issuer, no number, and no way for anyone to check it.

What you checked, and how

Say where each number came from, what you verified, and what you would not stand behind yet. That is the part a manager cares about the moment a figure gets challenged in a meeting, and it is what separates AI-assisted work from AI-generated guessing.

Not this: A generated summary you cannot defend line by line.

One automation that has been running for a month

A workflow still running without you is proof of a different kind. It survived contact with real inputs, holidays, and someone renaming a column, which a demo never has to.

Not this: A workflow that worked once during a lesson and was never run again.

Certificate numbers are 9 digits and can be checked at /verify, so an employer can confirm yours without contacting you first. You can also rehearse the conversation with the free interview simulator.

The row that changes the math is the last one. Paying for yourself is a personal decision about ₱6,000. Getting your employer to pay is a different conversation with a different number, because the company is buying a team outcome rather than a personal one. Scroll the table sideways on a phone to see every column. For other providers, read AI training in the Philippines and the corporate provider comparison.

Employer Funded

How do you get your employer to pay for AI training?

6 steps, in the order that works. Most people fail at the first one by asking for AI training in general instead of attaching it to a problem their manager already complains about.

  1. Name a problem your manager already complains about

Not that the company should use AI. The monthly report that takes three days. The exports nobody trusts. The follow-ups that get missed. Budget moves toward a named problem and stalls in front of a general one.

  2. Ask HR what budget already exists

Ask what learning, development, or training support your employer already offers, and whether it needs a form or a manager signature. Asking to use something that exists is a far easier conversation than asking for new money.

  3. Ask for the smallest yes first

One seat is ₱6,000, paid once, with no recurring fee to renew. That is usually small enough to approve without a committee, and it is a much cheaper test for your employer than booking a session for the whole department before anyone has seen the result.

  4. Bring the team option into the same conversation

If the problem is the whole department rather than you, an in-house session is ₱30,000 for 3 hours covering up to 20 people, which works out at ₱1,500 per person. Send your manager the published rate card so they can compare it against a per seat quote themselves.

  5. Put it on one page

The problem, what you will be able to do afterward, the cost, the dates, and what you will bring back. One page that a manager can forward beats a link they have to read and interpret on your behalf.

  6. Offer to bring it back to the team

Commit to a short internal session on what you learned, or to rebuilding one team process with it. That turns a personal expense into something the team gets, which is usually the argument that gets it signed.

AI Training

₱30,000

3 hours

₱30,000 for 20 people over 3 hours is ₱1,500 per person, or ₱500 per person per hour.

What is included

  • Live instructor, in-house or online
  • Hands-on practice on your own tasks
  • Workbook and prompt library
  • Certificate of completion for each participant

What to send your manager

Two links do the work for you. The corporate training page explains what an in-house session covers and how it is scoped around your own systems and data. The published rate card gives the figure, the headcount it covers, and the per person and per hour math already worked out, which is the format a budget approval usually needs. Several of the Philippine providers we compared publish no rate at all, so a number your manager can read without filling in a form is worth something on its own.

The Decision

Which should you choose?

Read for your own situation and stop there. Some of these send you to something free, and one sends you to a different provider entirely.

  • If you are not yet sure you will make the time, and you do not want to spend anything to find out, start with the free practice tools and the free community training. Give it a month. If you did not open them twice, that is real information about your schedule, and it cost you nothing to learn.

  • If you are paying for it yourself and you want the shortest route to a portfolio and a certificate, choose the AI-Powered Data Analytics Career Bootcamp at ₱6,000, paid once. It covers Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n automation, with live sessions, replays, and hands-on projects.

    This one is us
  • If you also want the freelancing, personal branding, and automation track on top of the core path, choose AI-Powered Data Analytics Career Bootcamp Premium at ₱12,500. It is the same core bootcamp plus four months of advanced recorded training, VA training, personal branding, and AI integrations.

    This one is us
  • If the problem your manager actually has is the whole team working differently, not you personally, point them at corporate training. The in-house AI rate is ₱30,000 for 3 hours covering up to 20 people, which is ₱1,500 per person, and the full rate card is published rather than quoted privately.

    This one is us
  • If HR or a client contract specifically requires a vendor accredited credential, buy the credential. Our certificate of completion is issued by us and is not accredited by Microsoft, CompTIA, or any certifying body, so if that is the requirement, we are not the answer and we will say so.

  • If you cannot yet say what makes a number trustworthy, or what a good report looks like, learn the data skills first and add the AI layer on top of them. AI on top of shaky judgment produces confident work that is wrong, which is worse in an office than slow work that is right.

FAQ

AI training for working professionals: FAQs

Yes, and it is the normal case here rather than the exception. Sessions run live online and every one is recorded, so you attend what your shift allows and take the rest on replay. Enrollment stays open and there is no cohort that closes behind you, so a week lost to work or family does not end your run. The Career Bootcamp is ₱6,000 paid once, and Career Bootcamp Premium is ₱12,500.

Two prices, both one-time. The AI-Powered Data Analytics Career Bootcamp is ₱6,000, and AI-Powered Data Analytics Career Bootcamp Premium is ₱12,500, which adds four months of advanced recorded training, VA training, personal branding, and AI integrations. There is no subscription and no fee to keep your access. If your employer pays for a whole team instead, in-house training starts at ₱30,000 for 3 hours covering up to 20 people, and the full rate card is published.

Some will, and the way you ask changes the answer. Start by asking HR what learning or development budget already exists, because using an existing one is easier to approve than requesting new money. Then attach the request to a problem your manager already complains about, ask for one seat at ₱6,000 rather than a department engagement, and offer to bring it back to the team as a short internal session. If the problem really is the whole department, send them the published corporate rate card so they can compare it against a per seat quote.

No. The program starts from computer literate, not computer science. If you can use a laptop and a browser, you have the starting level, and the lessons are in plain English with Filipino examples. Most people who join are already working in operations, finance, HR, admin, support, freelancing, teaching, or running a small business, not in IT.

Three things. A portfolio of hands-on projects built on real data, so a hiring manager can assess work rather than a claim. A certificate of completion with a 9 digit number anyone can verify on this site, plus an AI badge. And practical fluency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n automation, which is analytics tools with AI used on top of them rather than prompting alone.

No, and anyone promising that is selling. We do not guarantee job placement, a promotion, or any income outcome, because none of those are ours to promise. What we can point to is evidence: graduates have been hired at BPI BanKo as a Business Analytics Officer and at Reed Elsevier as a BI Support Analyst, and students rate the program 5 out of 5 in their public Facebook recommendations. That is a track record, not a guarantee, and you should read it that way.

Free courses are a genuinely good place to start, and we would tell you to start there if you are unsure. The difference is that nobody checks your work in a free course, so mistakes become habits, and you finish with a completion screen rather than something an employer can look at. Here you practice on real and deliberately messy data, get feedback from a live instructor, and leave with projects and a verifiable certificate. Our own free tools and free community training are open to you either way.

The analytics tools most Philippine offices already run on, plus AI used on top of them: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n automation. That means cleaning and questioning real data in Excel and SQL, building reports in Power BI and Tableau, using ChatGPT and Claude to draft and check work rather than to guess, and automating the tasks that repeat every week. The point is not tool trivia, it is being able to do your own job differently on Monday.
