Provider Comparison
Best Corporate AI Training Philippines: An Honest Comparison
We compared 10 providers a Philippine company can actually book, including ourselves, on the things that decide a purchase: published price, delivery format, group size, tools, and whether the certificate is worth anything to your HR team. Every provider here gets both a strengths list and a limitations list. Ours is the longest.
What is the best corporate AI training provider in the Philippines?
There is no single best. Judge any provider on published pricing, in-house delivery, practice on your own work, and whether the certificate is vendor accredited. Millennial Business Academy fits teams wanting a flat published rate, ₱30,000 for 3 hours with up to 20 participants. It is not a Microsoft or CompTIA accredited training partner.
How this page was made
Every competitor fact below was read from the websites of the providers themselves on . Nothing is inferred and nothing is filled in from memory. Where a figure could not be confirmed, the page prints not confirmed instead of a guess. Prices on other websites move, so re-check any number here before you put it in a budget.
How to Choose
How to choose a corporate AI training provider
7 questions that decide the purchase. Ask every provider on your shortlist, us included. We do not come out ahead on all of them, and the ones we lose are marked.
Is the price published before you talk to sales?
You cannot compare vendors you have to email first, and a quote-only market is how a Philippine team ends up paying whatever the first proposal said.
- Who clears this bar
- NobleProg publishes a price on its scheduled session pages. LOKAL publishes a starting seat price. TESDA is free. Everyone else on this page quotes on inquiry.
- Where we stand
- 3 of our 4 corporate rates are published, starting at ₱30,000. Leadership and Communications is Request a quote, and it says so.
- We do not win this
Is the certificate vendor accredited, or issued by the provider?
A provider certificate proves attendance. A vendor credential can be checked by anyone, which is what an HR team or a client contract usually means when it asks for certification.
- Who clears this bar
- Microsoft awards the AI-901 credential directly. Acumen runs CompTIA, PECB, EC-Council, ISC2, Scrum.org, ITIL, ISTQB, and ICAgile tracks. ActiveLearning teaches the official Microsoft PL-300 course. Coursera issues a Google certificate with ACE credit recognition.
- Where we stand
- We lose this one outright. Our certificate of completion is issued by us and is not accredited by any vendor or certifying body. If that is your requirement, choose one of the four above.
- We do not win this
Can they deliver on-site where your team actually sits?
A hybrid team in Cebu or Davao is a delivery question, not a curriculum question, and it is the one that quietly kills a training plan two weeks before the date.
- Who clears this bar
- Acumen runs a training center at SM Aura Business Tower in Taguig. ActiveLearning has rooms in Greenhills and Alabang. Pertama delivers on-site in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Clark. LOKAL is on-site in Metro Manila.
- Where we stand
- We have no training center of our own. On-site is Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila. On-site coverage outside these areas is arranged case by case. A team in Cebu or Davao gets live online from us, not a room.
Does your team practice on its own work, or on a demo file?
This is the difference between a session people remember on Monday and a session they remember as a nice morning. Ask for the exercise files before you sign.
- Who clears this bar
- Pertama and Rainmakers both state that programs are customized to the client stack. NobleProg offers customized private training on request and runs remote hands-on labs. Acumen lists hands-on exercises with 30 days of post-training support on its Power BI Advanced course.
- Where we stand
- Our AI rate includes hands-on practice on your own tasks, and the analytics rates use your own datasets. That is our claim, so hold us to it: ask for the exercise plan before you book.
How big is the group the rate covers, and what does one more person cost?
Per seat pricing and flat group pricing invert at a certain headcount. For 6 people a per seat price usually wins. For 20 a flat rate usually wins. Do the division before you choose.
- Who clears this bar
- LOKAL runs private groups from about eight to about 100. Pertama caps hands-on around 20. Rainmakers says 15 to 20 per hands-on cohort is ideal. Whether NobleProg's listed figure is per participant or per group, and any minimum headcount, is not confirmed.
- Where we stand
- Our AI rate is flat for up to 20 people, then ₱1,000 per extra head, which works out at ₱1,500 per person, or ₱500 per person per hour. Send five people and that per person figure gets much worse.
- We do not win this
How wide is the catalog beyond AI?
If your training plan for the year includes security, service management, or agile alongside AI, one vendor with a wide catalog is less work for procurement than five vendors with narrow ones.
- Who clears this bar
- Acumen, NobleProg, and Pertama all run catalogs far wider than ours, spanning IT, security, cloud, and service management alongside AI. Rainmakers carries a broad leadership, sales, communication, and soft skills catalog. The exact course counts are not confirmed.
- Where we stand
- We do not win this. Our corporate catalog is 4 rates: AI, data analytics, data analytics with automation, and leadership and communications. That is the whole list.
- We do not win this
Does the program cover data privacy and responsible use under Philippine law?
The moment a team starts pasting customer records into a chatbot, this stops being a nice-to-have. RA 10173 is the local law your people will be judged against, not a vendor policy page.
- Who clears this bar
- Rainmakers publishes RA 10173 coverage and responsible AI use directly on its AI training page. Pertama sells governance frameworks and AI readiness audits alongside training.
- Where we stand
- Our corporate sessions are built around your tools and your data, but whether RA 10173 is named as a module in the outline is not confirmed. Ask us, and ask any provider, to point at the slide.
The full version of our answers to these questions, rate by rate, is on the corporate training page, and the AI session itself is detailed under applied generative AI for the workplace.

The most useful column is the emptiest one. Only 4 of 10 providers let you read a headline figure without an inquiry, and fewer still let you derive a cost per person per hour. That is the real state of this market, and it is why a shortlist takes two weeks. Scroll the table sideways on a phone to see every column.
Provider by Provider
What each one is good at, and where each one falls short
Same treatment for everybody. If a provider had no limitations we could find, that would mean the research was thin, not that the provider was perfect.
NobleProg Philippines
A global training operator with a Philippine site, a very large technical catalog, and prices published openly on scheduled course pages.
Source, checked
Strengths
- Publishes prices and scheduled dates openly on course pages, so a buyer can see a figure before speaking to anyone.
- Offers both online and on-site instructor led delivery, plus customized private training on request.
- A deep bench of advanced technical topics well beyond entry level analytics. The exact catalog size is not confirmed.
- Named client logos on their site: not confirmed.
Limitations
- Whether the listed price is per participant or per group is not stated on the pages checked: not confirmed. That single fact decides whether a small team pays more or less than a flat group rate, so establish it before comparing.
- Any minimum headcount for open scheduled courses is not confirmed.
- Scheduled session prices vary noticeably by date and by delivery mode, so any listed figure is an indication, not a fixed rate card.
- No Philippine city or physical training venue is named on the homepage.
- The price for customized private or in-house corporate training is not published: not confirmed.
ActiveLearning Philippines
A Metro Manila training company running official vendor curricula, with two physical training locations and no published price.
Source, checked
Strengths
- Founded in 2006, which is a long local track record in this market.
- Two physical training locations in Metro Manila, which suits a company that wants in-person classroom delivery.
- Teaches official vendor curricula, including the official Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst course taught by a certified Microsoft instructor, so learners get a recognized exam pathway.
- Enrollment includes an unlimited course refresher for one year and virtual lab access, both genuinely useful.
- Has moved quickly on current AI tooling, including a Claude Cowork automation course.
Limitations
- No price is published anywhere on the site, so you cannot compare cost without submitting an inquiry.
- No corporate in-house or on-site rate structure is published, and course pages emphasize live online delivery rather than a stated group rate.
- Certificate language is inconsistent across courses: the Power BI page names a Certificate of Attendance, while the Claude automation page does not mention a certificate at all.
- Certification exam fees are separate. The Power BI page states the PL-300 exam is not included in the course fee, while never stating that fee.
- CompTIA, ITIL, and EC-Council partner logos appear on the homepage, but the About page does not spell out the accreditation titles: not confirmed.
LOKAL (lkl.ai)
An AI adoption training line inside a digital marketing agency, running public cohorts and private in-house sessions, in English or Taglish.
Source, checked
Strengths
- Publishes a starting seat price, which is unusual for business to business training here and makes them easy to compare.
- Public cohorts let an individual join without a company budget, not only in-house bookings.
- A Metro Manila office in BGC alongside a second office in Sydney.
- Delivery in English or Taglish, which is a real fit question for a mixed Filipino team.
- Concrete deliverables: a certificate, a workbook, a copy-paste prompt library, and 30 days of post-course support.
- States they can run private groups from about eight people up to rooms of about 100, a wider range than a small provider usually handles.
Limitations
- Scope is AI tool adoption, not a data analytics career track. On the pages checked there is no SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel analytics curriculum.
- Training is one line of business inside what is primarily a digital marketing agency for hotels and ecommerce brands, so it is not a dedicated training school.
- Monthly peso figures shown elsewhere on their site are marketing retainers, not training rates. Do not read them as a training price.
- On-site is Metro Manila, so Cavite and Laguna on-site coverage is not confirmed.
- Every performance number on the page is a self-reported marketing claim with no source shown.
- One public cohort page carried a line saying payments for that cohort were closed, so public seat availability looks intermittent.
Pertama Partners
A regional firm headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, selling AI readiness, governance, and training to mid-market and enterprise buyers.
Source, checked
Strengths
- Genuine regional scale: offices listed in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, with delivery across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the wider ASEAN region.
- States a senior practitioner delivery model rather than a junior trainer pyramid.
- A very broad catalog, reported as 130 training programs, segmented by function and by industry, which a single-founder provider cannot match.
- Names enterprise brands their team has trained, including SAP, Unilever, Honeywell, and EY.
- Publishes genuinely useful funding guides on TESDA and DOLE programs, which is real help for a Philippine employer trying to offset training cost.
- On-site coverage extends beyond Metro Manila to Cebu and Clark.
- Sells AI readiness audits, governance frameworks, and pilot programs alongside training, so an enterprise can buy the whole program from one vendor.
Limitations
- No price is published anywhere, so a Philippine buyer cannot compare cost without entering a sales conversation.
- The only currency figures on the site are market ranges for Malaysia and Singapore, plus a peso range attributed to a different institution. Neither is a Pertama Philippine price.
- Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, so this is a regional firm serving the Philippines rather than a local one, and no Philippine office address appeared on the pages checked.
- No certificate of completion is mentioned on any page checked: not confirmed.
- Positioning is mid-market and enterprise, so it is not aimed at individual professionals paying for themselves.
- Client and outcome figures come from one named engagement and are self-reported.
- A search snippet described them as an accredited Philippine training provider, but no accreditation claim appears on their own pages: not confirmed.
Acumen IT Training
An enterprise IT training company in Taguig running vendor certification tracks, with a physical training center and no published course price.
Source, checked
Strengths
- Enterprise scale a small provider cannot match: a catalog spanning end user apps, IT security, cloud, DevOps, databases, data analytics, governance, and soft skills. The exact course count is not confirmed.
- Formal partner and accreditation relationships with CompTIA, PECB, EC-Council, ISC2, Scrum.org, Linux Foundation, ITIL, ISTQB, and ICAgile, so their programs can lead to globally recognized vendor certifications.
- A real physical training center at SM Aura Business Tower in Taguig, with facility rental available.
- Credly digital badges on completion, and 30 days of post-training support on the Power BI Advanced course.
- A published quarterly training schedule, and a prepaid voucher program that lets a company lock in a training budget in advance.
Limitations
- No price is published for any course, so every buyer must inquire before they can compare cost.
- The only published peso figures are voucher bundles starting at ₱200,000, which sets a high entry point and is closed to individual learners unless explicitly authorized.
- The voucher promotion carries an offer end date of December 31, 2024, which has passed, so the promotions section may be stale.
- The About page states no founding year, company size, client count, or outcome claim, so scale has to be inferred from the partner logos: not confirmed.
- The data and AI courses lean heavily on the Microsoft stack rather than a mixed analyst toolkit.
- The catalog is organized around vendor certification tracks rather than one career path for a working Filipino professional.
Rainmakers Training and Consultancy
A Quezon City corporate training and consultancy firm with department specific AI tracks and an unusually detailed public content library.
Source, checked
Strengths
- A deep public content library: corporate training guides, employee training statistics, a training needs analysis template, a coaching form, and a Philippine salary calculator.
- An unusually transparent AI training page for a business to business provider: it names the actual tools, publishes six concrete duration options, and states an ideal cohort size.
- Explicitly covers Philippine data privacy under RA 10173 and responsible AI use, which matters to a compliance minded corporate buyer.
- Their prices guide is candid about what a fee covers and what is billed on top, including venue, meals, printed materials, and provincial travel.
- A named senior trainer bench of six people, a published case study, six branded flagship programs, and a broad leadership, sales, communication, and soft skills catalog.
Limitations
- No price is published for their own programs, so buyers must request a proposal.
- The peso ranges on their prices page are Philippine market context, not their rate, and are easy for a casual reader or an AI summarizer to misread as theirs.
- No founding year, client count, or participant numbers are disclosed, and the brand logo wall on the pages checked names no companies: not confirmed.
- The AI program is applied and prompting oriented. The pages checked name no Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau track, so it is not a substitute for analyst training.
- The certificate is a certificate of completion with no vendor accreditation named.
TESDA Online Program
The government run free online course platform. An individual learning route, not a corporate provider, and we would still tell someone to start here.
Source, checked
Strengths
- Genuinely free and government backed, which no private provider can match on price.
- The most accessible option in the country: anyone with a phone and a connection can register.
- TESDA is a nationally recognized authority, and its NC and COC credentials carry real weight with Philippine employers, and for overseas deployment, through the assessment pathway.
- A broad catalog across 20 sector categories, carrying vendor content from Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and IBM SkillsBuild at no cost.
- A sensible first stop for a Filipino who wants to test the interest before paying anyone, and we would say so honestly.
Limitations
- The catalog does not currently cover data analytics as a discipline. The platform search for data analytics returns zero courses, and there is no Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau course.
- The one AI course is vendor exam prep for Microsoft AI-900, and Microsoft now shows that exam as AI-901 after an update on April 15, 2026, so the free prep material may be behind the current exam.
- Course details, hours, and syllabi sit behind a login, so a learner cannot compare before signing up.
- Self-paced with no instructor, no cohort, no feedback on your work, and no portfolio review, so completion depends entirely on personal discipline.
- There is no corporate track at all. A company cannot book an in-house session, set a schedule for a team, or request a proposal.
Coursera (Google Career Certificates)
Self-paced Google Career Certificates on a subscription. A consumer product bought by an individual learner, not an in-house corporate engagement.
Source, checked
Strengths
- Global brand recognition a Philippine training brand cannot match: a Google certificate is understood by recruiters in any market.
- The cost per learner is very low for the depth on offer.
- A deep, well produced curriculum, with over 180 hours of instruction on the Data Analytics track and a genuinely broad tool set including SQL, Tableau, Python, and R.
- Financial aid is available for learners who cannot pay, and the ACE college credit recognition is real.
- Self-paced access means a learner in any province can start today, and Coursera reports the Philippines as its largest market in Asia.
Limitations
- The published price is in US dollars and explicitly scoped to the U.S. and Canada, so a Filipino learner cannot budget from the page.
- The subscription meter keeps running, so a learner who takes 10 months instead of 6 pays roughly 10 months, which penalizes the shift worker or working parent who most needs the flexibility.
- The content is US-centric: no Philippine job market context, no local salary or hiring reality, no Filipino instructor, and no local employer network.
- No live instructor, no cohort, and no human reviewing your portfolio by default, and self-paced completion rates in this format are notoriously low.
- Coursera Plus excludes certain Specializations and Professional Certificates, so a subscription does not automatically cover the certificate a learner wants.
- For a company this is an individual subscription rather than an in-house session on your own data. Coursera for Business pricing is not confirmed.
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
Not a training provider so much as the credential other providers teach toward. Self-paced material plus a proctored, independently verifiable exam.
Source, checked
Strengths
- A vendor credential from Microsoft is independently verifiable and carries strong recognition with enterprise IT employers and BPO clients, which matters in this market.
- The badge is portable and checkable, so nobody has to take the holder at their word.
- Microsoft Learn modules are openly browsable, and the exam is offered in 13 languages.
- Microsoft operates a worldwide proctoring network plus an Exam Replay offer for a second attempt.
- A published study guide, an exam sandbox, a practice assessment, and accommodation requests: assessment infrastructure no small training provider can build.
Limitations
- The exam price is not published, so a Filipino learner cannot budget from the page and has to ask the exam provider.
- The Fundamentals label undersells the entry bar. The page asks for Python syntax, Azure familiarity, and comfort with REST APIs, SDKs, and CLIs, which is a real wall for a beginner from a non-technical job.
- The certification page currently states that learning paths, modules, and courses are not yet available for this credential, so free first party prep is thin right now.
- The scope is Azure specific rather than tool agnostic business analytics, so it does not teach Excel, Power BI reporting practice, or SQL the way a working analyst uses them daily.
- The credential certifies knowledge. It includes no mentor, no cohort, no portfolio review, and no Philippine job market context.
Millennial Business Academy
UsUs. A small Philippine training provider with a published flat in-house rate, a working practitioner as the instructor, and a deliberately narrow catalog.
See the rate card, checked
Strengths
- A published flat in-house rate: ₱30,000 for 3 hours covering up to 20 participants, which is ₱1,500 per person.
- Delivered in-house at your office, live online, and hybrid, with on-site in Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila and live online across the country.
- Live instructor, in-house or online
- Hands-on practice on your own tasks
- Workbook and prompt library
- Certificate of completion for each participant
- Taught by JC de las Alas, Founder and Lead Instructor, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Google certified in Data Analytics, Advanced Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence, Oracle certified in Cloud Infrastructure, a former Senior Software Engineer at Accenture, and part-time IT faculty at De La Salle University - Dasmariñas. Training Filipino professionals since 2018.
- Graduates have been hired at BPI BanKo and Reed Elsevier, and students rate the training 5 out of 5 in their public Facebook recommendations.
Limitations
- Our certificate is issued by us. We are not a Microsoft, CompTIA, EC-Council, or ITIL accredited training partner, so if HR or a client contract requires an accredited credential, we are not the answer.
- We run no physical training center. On-site is Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila. On-site coverage outside these areas is arranged case by case. Everywhere else is live online.
- Our corporate catalog is 4 rates covering AI, data analytics, automation, and leadership. Acumen and NobleProg both run catalogs many times that size, so if you need security, agile, or service management tracks, we cannot serve you.
- Data Analytics Training: The additional participant rate on this tier is pending confirmation.
- Data Analytics and Automation Training: The additional participant rate on this tier is pending confirmation.
- Leadership and Communications Training: Rate not yet published. Available on request.
- We publish no client count, no participant total, and no satisfaction percentage, and we do not claim guaranteed job placement.
- Whether Philippine data privacy under RA 10173 is named as a module in our corporate outline is not confirmed. Rainmakers publishes that coverage and we do not.
The Decision
Which should you choose?
Read for your own situation and stop there. Most of these send you somewhere other than us, because most buyers are not us-shaped.
If HR or a client contract requires a vendor accredited certification on a Microsoft stack, choose ActiveLearning for the official PL-300 Power BI pathway, or go straight to the Microsoft AI-901 credential. We cannot issue an accredited certificate and will not pretend otherwise.
If your training plan for the year also covers security, agile, or service management, and procurement wants one vendor, choose Acumen IT Training. A catalog many times the size of ours, formal certifying body relationships, and a physical training center in Taguig is a scale we do not have.
If you want to see a number today without emailing anyone, and your team is technical, choose NobleProg. They publish scheduled session prices and dates openly, and their advanced technical catalog goes well past entry level. Re-check the figure on the live page, because sessions rotate, and confirm whether it covers one person or the group.
If you are one or two people with no team budget, or you are testing whether this field is for you at all, start free with the TESDA Online Program, take a Google certificate on Coursera, or buy a single LOKAL public seat. Do not let anyone, us included, sell you a corporate engagement you do not need yet.
If you are a mid-market or enterprise buyer who needs an AI readiness audit, a governance framework, and a pilot alongside the training, choose Pertama Partners. That is a consulting engagement with training attached, which is a different purchase from a training day.
If you want department specific AI tracks with Philippine data privacy written into the outline, look at Rainmakers. They publish RA 10173 coverage on the page, name the tools, and state the cohort size, which is more than most providers here disclose before a call.
If your team cannot yet say what a good report looks like, or what makes a number trustworthy, no AI training fixes that, ours included. Train the data skills first, then add the AI layer on top of people who can already tell a right answer from a confident one.
If you want a published flat in-house rate, a Filipino instructor who does this work for a living, and a room practicing on your own tasks, choose us. ₱30,000 for 3 hours, up to 20 participants, delivered in-house at your office, live online, and hybrid, on-site in Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila or live online nationwide.
This one is us
AI Training
₱30,000
3 hours
₱30,000 for 20 people over 3 hours is ₱1,500 per person, or ₱500 per person per hour.
What is included
- Live instructor, in-house or online
- Hands-on practice on your own tasks
- Workbook and prompt library
- Certificate of completion for each participant

FAQ
Corporate AI training in the Philippines: FAQs
There is no single best provider, and any page that says otherwise is selling. Judge the shortlist on five things: whether the price is published, whether the certificate is vendor accredited or provider issued, whether they can deliver on-site where your team sits, whether your people practice on their own work, and what the rate covers before the extra head charge applies. On this page, 4 of 10 providers publish a headline figure at all. Millennial Business Academy publishes ₱30,000 for 3 hours covering up to 20 participants, and does not hold a vendor accreditation.
It depends on whether you are buying seats or buying a room. Our AI Training rate is ₱30,000 for 3 hours covering up to 20 participants, with ₱1,000 per additional participant, which works out at ₱1,500 per person. LOKAL publishes public cohort seats from ₱3,500 per person. NobleProg publishes a price on each scheduled session page, and those rotate. ActiveLearning, Acumen, Pertama, and Rainmakers publish no rate at all, so their cost is not confirmed until you request a proposal.
Very few. Of the 10 providers compared on this page, only 4 show a headline figure without an inquiry: NobleProg Philippines, LOKAL (lkl.ai), TESDA Online Program, Millennial Business Academy. Everyone else routes you to a form. That is normal for business to business training in this market, but it means a like-for-like comparison takes four emails and two weeks, so ask every shortlisted vendor for the same three numbers: the total, the headcount it covers, and the cost of one more person.
There is free AI training for individuals, and there is no free in-house corporate track. The TESDA Online Program is genuinely free and government backed, but it is self-paced with no instructor, no cohort, and no way for a company to book a session or request a proposal. Microsoft Learn publishes browsable self-paced modules, though the exam itself is priced by the country where it is proctored. If your goal is to move a whole team in one afternoon on your own workflows, none of the free options do that.
Only if someone will ask to see it. If a client contract, a bid requirement, or your own HR policy names a credential, buy the credential: Microsoft AI-901, a CompTIA or ITIL track through Acumen, or the Microsoft PL-300 pathway through ActiveLearning. If the goal is that your team works differently next month, a certificate of completion plus a visible change in output is what actually matters, and that is what our certificate is.
Sometimes, and you should ask early because it is the most common late surprise. We deliver on-site in Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila and live online nationwide, and coverage outside those areas is arranged case by case. Pertama Partners lists on-site delivery in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Clark. LOKAL lists on-site in Metro Manila. Acumen, ActiveLearning, and NobleProg run on-site or center based delivery, with Acumen at SM Aura in Taguig and ActiveLearning in Greenhills and Alabang.
Long enough for people to produce something, short enough that they will actually attend. The formats on this page cluster at four lengths: a 3 to 4 hour executive briefing, a full day of 7 to 8 hours, a two day masterclass of 14 to 16 hours, and a multi-week program of 4 to 6 weeks. Ours is 3 hours for AI Training, and 2 days at 5 hours per day for data analytics with automation. For a first session with a non-technical team, a half day on real tasks beats a full day of features.
No. We do not claim guaranteed job placement for individuals and we do not promise a business outcome for teams, because neither is ours to promise. What we do commit to is a published rate, a working practitioner in the room, practice on your own tasks, and a certificate of completion for every participant. Graduates of our individual bootcamp have been hired at BPI BanKo and Reed Elsevier, and students rate the training 5 out of 5 in their public Facebook recommendations. That is evidence, not a guarantee.
