What is the entry level data analyst salary in the Philippines?
Indeed Philippines puts the entry level data analyst average at ₱27,534 per month, but that rests on 9 reported salaries only, and its Junior Data Analyst page averages ₱24,479 per month from 55 reported salaries. Treat the junior figure as the steadier of the two, and read both as advertised market ranges rather than offers.

Why do published data analyst salary ranges disagree?
The ranges below disagree with each other, sometimes by a factor of two. That is not an error in one of them. It is what happens when several organizations measure different things, call them all the data analyst salary in the Philippines, and publish them in different periods. Read these five points before you use any figure here.
Job boards and self-report sites are not measuring the same thing
Indeed and Jobstreet mostly reflect what employers advertise or what workers report to a job board, so they skew toward base pay for roles that are actively hiring. PayScale and Levels.fyi collect voluntary self-reported total compensation, which pulls in bonuses and attracts a more senior, more tech-forward, more Metro Manila crowd. That is why Levels.fyi's median of ₱689,197 a year sits so far above PayScale's early career average of ₱384,910 a year.
Monthly and annual figures are mixed together across sources
Indeed, Jobstreet, and the recruiter guides publish monthly pesos. PayScale and Levels.fyi publish annual pesos. Every row on this page states which one it is, because multiplying or dividing to make them line up produces a number nobody published.
Location splits the market before seniority does
Metro Manila, plus the Clark and Pampanga shared services corridor, pays well above provincial in-house roles. Jobstreet puts Manila City at ₱44,000 per month and its highest paying location, Pampanga, at ₱53,750 per month, while the A7 recruiter guide states plainly that Cebu City ranges run 20 to 30 percent below Metro Manila.
The job title itself is unstable
A data analyst on a BPO reporting team, an in-house analyst at a bank, and an offshore analyst billing a foreign client are three different pay markets under one title. Recruiter guides also bundle data engineers in with analysts, which lifts the senior bands sharply: the A7 senior band covers Data Engineer and Analyst together, not analysts alone.
Some samples are small enough to move on a handful of answers
Indeed's entry level average rests on 9 reported salaries, against 55 reported salaries for its junior page, which is how the entry level average (₱27,534 per month) ends up above the junior average (₱24,479 per month). Sample size is printed on every row here for exactly this reason.
By Seniority
What does a data analyst earn at each level in the Philippines?
These 5 rungs all come from Indeed Philippines, which is the only source that publishes monthly figures at several distinct levels. Reading one source across the ladder avoids mixing methods, but it also means one method's bias runs through all 5 rows.

| Entry level (Entry Level Data Analyst) | ₱27,534 per monthaverage base salary | ₱12,871 to ₱58,899 per month | 9 reported salariesThe thinnest sample on this page, and higher than the junior average below, which is why we point first-time applicants at the junior figure. | Indeed PhilippinesUpdated May 28, 2026 |

The entry level average sits above the junior average, which looks wrong until you read the sample sizes: 9 reported salaries against 55 reported salaries. That is the honest reason, and it is why sample size is printed in every row rather than tucked away.
Cross-Checks
What do the other salary sources say?
Job boards, recruiter guides, and self-report sites, kept separate rather than averaged together. Check the period column before comparing any two rows: some of these are monthly and some are annual.

Does a data analyst salary in the Philippines change by location?
Yes. Jobstreet puts the Data Analyst average in Manila City at ₱44,000 per month as of September 2026, and its highest paying location is Pampanga at ₱53,750 per month. A 2026 recruiter guide states Cebu City ranges run 20 to 30 percent below Metro Manila. Published ranges, not offers.
Not Confirmed
Which salary figures could we not confirm?
7 figures that appear elsewhere are missing from the tables above on purpose. Each one is listed here with the source and the reason, because a blocked source that quietly disappears looks like a source that agreed with us.
All levels (Data Analyst, national headline range)
A headline range of ₱33,000 to ₱43,000 monthly is widely repeated in search results and attributed to this page, but it was not in the page text on three separate loads. We will not publish it as a Jobstreet number until someone reads it there.

All levels (Data Analyst, average base salary)
PayScale's all-levels average base was not confirmed on the page during our check, so it is withheld. The PayScale entry level and early career figures in the table above were confirmed and are published.
PayScale, Last updated Jul 07 2026
Mid career and late career (Data Analyst)
PayScale publishes these two tiers only as percentages above its average, never as peso amounts. Converting a percentage into a peso figure would be our arithmetic, not their published number, so we did not do it.

National context, all occupations (PSA primary source)
psa.gov.ph returned HTTP 403 on both the Occupational Wages Survey landing page and the 2024 survey page. The ₱21,544 and ₱43,676 figures in the table above were read on a secondary source that cites PSA, which is how they are labeled, and they are not presented here as figures we read on PSA's own site.

Glassdoor returned HTTP 403 on both its Philippines and Manila data analyst pages. The figures search results returned for it contradict each other and look like mislabeled currency or period, so none of them belong on a page about your pay.

What Moves The Number
What moves you from one salary band to the next?
5 things the published data actually shows moving pay, rather than the usual advice. Each one points back at a figure in the tables above.
Seniority, as the published rungs define it
On the one source that publishes several rungs consistently, the average moves from ₱27,534 per month at entry level to ₱54,186 per month at senior and ₱57,636 per month for an analytics manager. Those are averages of what other people are paid, not steps anyone is entitled to.
The industry you sit inside
Industry moves pay before job title does. In the PSA 2024 wage data cited by Playroll, the all-occupations average is ₱21,544 per month while Information and Communication averages ₱43,676 per month. An analyst role inside a technology or shared services organization is being priced against a different market than the same title elsewhere.
Where the role is based, not where you live
Jobstreet's location table puts Pampanga highest at ₱53,750 per month, with Pasay City at ₱51,250 per month, and the A7 guide states Cebu City ranges run 20 to 30 percent below Metro Manila. Remote and hybrid roles are usually priced against the employer's location, so ask which one applies before you name a number.
Scope, which is what the six figure bands are actually paying for
The published bands that reach ₱100,000 to ₱158,000 per month are written for a combined Data Engineer and Analyst role. That is a hint worth reading: the ceiling in the recruiter guides belongs to people who own pipelines, models, and data quality, not only the reports that come out of them.
Evidence a hiring manager can check in ten minutes
Tools are the entry ticket: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and AI tools used properly. What separates two applicants with the same tool list is a portfolio of real work, a clear explanation of what you did and why, and a certificate whose number someone can actually verify.
Which Number
Which salary figure should you use?
It depends on the role in front of you. These are the rules we would apply ourselves, written so you can check them against the tables above.
If you are applying for your first analyst role, use the junior average of ₱24,479 per month from 55 reported salaries, not the entry level average of ₱27,534 per month, which rests on 9 reported salaries. The bigger sample is the safer anchor.
If the role is based in Metro Manila, start from Jobstreet's Manila City average of ₱44,000 per month rather than the national average of ₱33,101 per month, and expect the gap to be larger again in the Clark and Pampanga corridor.
If the role is outside Metro Manila, read the Metro Manila bands as a ceiling rather than a benchmark. The A7 guide puts Cebu City ranges 20 to 30 percent below Metro Manila, and it says nothing about provinces further out.
If the job description mentions pipelines, warehousing, or data engineering, read the recruiter guide bands, which run ₱58,000 to ₱95,000 per month at mid level and ₱100,000 to ₱158,000 per month at senior, and remember they cover a combined Data Engineer and Analyst scope rather than analyst work alone.
If you are comparing an offer against Levels.fyi or PayScale, convert nothing. Levels.fyi publishes a median of ₱689,197 per year in total compensation including bonuses, while Indeed and Jobstreet publish monthly base pay. Comparing them directly will make almost any offer look wrong.
Moving Up
How do you move up the data analyst ladder?
Nobody can promise you a band on this page. What you can control is the evidence you bring to the conversation, and the order below is the cheapest first.
Step 01
Decide whether the work suits you first
Before spending anything, do a real task and see how it feels. The free practice projects come with messy datasets, a brief, and expected outputs you can check yourself, which is closer to the job than any course description.
Try a free practice projectStep 02
Learn the tools the postings actually ask for
Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, plus AI tools used with judgment rather than trust. The bootcamp teaches them together on real datasets, from a computer-literate starting point rather than a technical one.
See the bootcamp bundlesStep 03
Build proof before you need it
Two applicants list the same tools. The one who can show finished work, explain the decisions behind it, and hand over a certificate number a hiring manager can verify is the one who gets asked back.
See the free toolsStep 04
Practice the conversation, not just the analysis
Most of the movement between the bands on this page happens in an interview and a negotiation. The free interview simulator scores your answers by topic so you find the weak spot before an employer does.

FAQ
Data analyst salary in the Philippines: FAQs
Indeed Philippines lists an average base of ₱27,534 per month for an Entry Level Data Analyst, with a reported range of ₱12,871 to ₱58,899 per month, from 9 reported salaries (Updated May 28, 2026). Its separate Junior Data Analyst page averages ₱24,479 per month from 55 reported salaries (Updated August 27, 2026), so the junior figure rests on a much larger sample. Both are published market ranges, not offers.
We do not publish a business intelligence analyst range, because we could not confirm one on a source page we were able to load: [TODO: verify]. The closest confirmed figures we have are the data analyst rungs on this page, from ₱27,534 per month at entry level to ₱54,186 per month at senior, all from Indeed Philippines. Treat any BI analyst figure you see elsewhere as unchecked until you open the source yourself.
Because the sources measure different things. Job boards report advertised or self-reported base pay for roles that are hiring, while PayScale and Levels.fyi collect voluntary self-reported total compensation, which includes bonuses and attracts a more senior, more Metro Manila respondent pool. Levels.fyi's median of ₱689,197 per year and PayScale's early career average of ₱384,910 per year are annual; Indeed's ₱33,101 per month is monthly. Location and job scope split the market again.
The published figures point that way. Jobstreet puts the Data Analyst average in Manila City at ₱44,000 per month (September 2026) against Indeed's national average of ₱33,101 per month, and Jobstreet's highest paying location is Pampanga at ₱53,750 per month. The A7 Recruitment 2026 guide states Cebu City ranges run 20 to 30 percent below Metro Manila. Cost of living differs too, so a higher figure is not automatically a better deal.
People do change into analyst work from customer service, accounting, operations, teaching, and virtual assistance, usually by learning the tools and building a portfolio of real work rather than by getting a second degree. The step by step version of that route is in our guide on how to become a data analyst in the Philippines. Nobody can promise it will work for any individual.
No. We do not guarantee placement, a job, or any level of pay, and we will not imply it. What the bootcamp provides is training in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and AI tools, live sessions with recorded replays, real projects for a portfolio, and an AI badge and certificate of completion with a verifiable nine digit number. Graduates have been hired at BPI BanKo and Reed Elsevier, which is a fact about them, not a forecast about you.
The AI-Powered Data Analytics Career Bootcamp is ₱6,000 and the AI-Powered Data Analytics Career Bootcamp Premium is ₱12,500, both one-time payments with no hidden fees. We deliberately do not publish a payback calculation against the salary ranges on this page, because that would require assuming you get a role and get paid a specific figure, and neither is something we can promise.
Every figure carries the as of date its own source prints, and those dates differ: the Indeed rungs range from May to August 2026, the Jobstreet figures are September 2026, PayScale was last updated Jul 07 2026, and Levels.fyi September 7, 2026. Sources we could not load, including Glassdoor, ERI SalaryExpert, Salary Explorer, and PSA's own site, are listed on the page as [TODO: verify] rather than filled in with an estimate.
5 caveats, 7 confirmed sources, and 7 figures we would not publish. If you find one of these numbers restated somewhere without a source and a date, treat it as unchecked.
