How much does corporate training cost in the Philippines?
Published corporate training rates start at ₱30,000 for AI Training, which covers 3 hours for up to 20 people, or ₱1,500 per person. The largest published tier is Data Analytics and Automation Training, from ₱100,000 across 2 days at 5 hours per day. Leadership and Communications Training is quoted on request.
These are group rates, not seat prices. One fee covers the whole room up to the included headcount, which is why the per person column matters more than the headline total. Cost drivers
What drives the price of corporate training?
Four things move a corporate training quote. None of them is a mystery, and you can estimate your own number from them before you talk to anybody.
Headcount
Every published tier covers up to 20 participants for one flat fee, so the twentieth person costs nothing extra and the third person costs the same as the twentieth. Past that headcount, additional participants are billed each. Where that per head figure is still being confirmed, the rate card above prints the caveat on the card itself rather than quietly presenting it as settled.
Live hours
Published tiers run from 3 to 10 live instruction hours. Hours are the single biggest lever on the total, because they are the trainer time you are actually buying. A longer program is not padding: Data Analytics and Automation Training runs 2 days at 5 hours per day because building a working automation on your real process cannot be done in an afternoon.
Customization to your data
A session built on your own datasets, your own reports and your own workflows costs more to prepare than a generic deck, because someone has to read your data first. That preparation is where most of the value sits, and it is why the exercises use files your team recognizes instead of a sample sales table nobody has ever seen.
On-site delivery and travel
Delivery is in-house at your office, live online and hybrid. Live online reaches the whole Philippines. On-site sessions are offered in Cavite, Laguna and Metro Manila. On-site coverage outside these areas is arranged case by case. If your office is outside those provinces, ask for the travel arrangement in writing on the proposal so there is no surprise line at the end.

Read the per participant column, not the price column
These providers do not all sell the same shape of thing. Ours is a flat group rate for a room. LOKAL publishes a price per seat. Comparing a group total against a seat price tells you nothing, so the table derives a per participant and a per hour figure wherever the source publishes enough to do the math honestly. Where it does not, the cell reads Not published or not confirmed, never an estimate. Scheduled seat prices also rotate by date and venue, so re-check any figure on the provider page before you budget from it.

Choosing
Which should you choose?
Some of these answers send you somewhere other than us. That is the point of publishing the table.
If you have 20 people to train and a fixed budget,
then a flat group rate is the cheaper shape, because one fee covers the whole room. ₱30,000 for 20 people works out to ₱1,500 each. Compare that against the per person figure of whatever else you are looking at, not against the headline total.
If you have three people to train, not twenty,
then a public per seat course is probably cheaper than any in-house rate, including ours. LOKAL publishes seats from ₱3,500. We would rather say that here than take a booking that does not make sense for you.
If your budget is zero and you are still deciding,
then start with the TESDA Online Program, which is free, or a Google certificate on Coursera. Find out whether this work suits your team before anyone spends money. Neither one offers an in-house session, a live instructor, or anything built on your data.
If you need a credential a recruiter can independently verify,
then a vendor track is the right buy: Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL through Acumen IT Training or ActiveLearning. What we issue is a certificate of completion from us, not a proctored vendor exam, and those are not the same thing.
If your team needs to work on your own reports in Excel, SQL and dashboards,
then that is exactly what the data analytics tiers are scoped for. The exercises run on datasets your team brings, which is why Data Analytics and Automation Training runs 2 days at 5 hours per day instead of a single afternoon.

Corporate training pricing questions

Millennial Business Academy charges ₱30,000 for AI Training, which covers 3 hours of live instruction for up to 20 participants, or ₱1,500 per person, which is ₱500 per person per hour. Participants beyond that headcount are ₱1,000 each. Some other providers in the Philippines price per seat instead of per session, so work out the per participant figure on both sides before comparing headline totals.
Per session, up to a set headcount, then per head after that. Each published rate is a flat fee covering up to 20 participants, with additional participants at ₱1,000 each on the AI tier. That means a team of eight and a team of twenty pay the same total, so the per person cost falls as you fill the room. Two tiers still have an unconfirmed additional participant rate, and the rate card says so on those cards.
Up to 20 participants per session across every tier on the rate card. That cap is a teaching decision as much as a pricing one: past twenty people in a hands-on session, the instructor stops being able to look at everyone's screen, and the practice work is the part that makes the training stick.

Leadership and Communications Training is quoted on request because the rate is not yet published. We would rather show a blank than a number that changes once you ask. Send the headcount, the hours you have in mind and what you want people to be able to do afterward, and you will get a figure in writing.
It depends entirely on headcount. At 20 people, ₱30,000 works out to ₱1,500 per person, which is well under the public seat price we could verify from another Philippine provider. At three or four people, a public seat is usually the better buy. The comparison table on this page carries the per participant column so you can run that math yourself.
