About MBA
Graduation is not the finish line
Millennial Business Academy was built for Filipinos who know that learning never expires, and that the skills that matter most now are the ones school never taught.
Our Vision
To build a future where learning never expires and every Filipino graduate, professional, and entrepreneur has access to the modern skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven economy. We envision a Philippines where education does not stop at graduation, but continuously evolves with industry, technology, and opportunity.
Our Mission
We equip ambitious Filipinos with practical, industry-relevant skills in AI, data analytics, automation, business, and digital technology through real-world training designed by educators, employers, and practitioners. Our goal is not merely to issue certificates, but to develop capable, confident, and future-ready professionals who can lead, adapt, and create value in the modern economy.
Why MBA Exists
Born from a decade of teaching what school skipped
MBA started where most upskilling stories start: in the gap. After years of building enterprise systems by day and teaching bootcamps since 2018, our founder kept meeting the same people: smart, motivated Filipinos whose education ended right where the modern workplace begins. Spreadsheet users who had never been shown pivot tables. Graduates with diplomas but no portfolio. Business owners running everything manually because no one ever taught them automation.
The world of work is changing faster than traditional education can update. Millennial Business Academy exists to close that gap with training that is practical, beginner-aware, and built around real outputs, because capability, not paper, is what moves careers and businesses forward.
