Ask a bright student or worker in Cavite where the good tech jobs are, and the reflex answer is still "Manila." That answer is quietly going out of date. Cavite and the wider region host a large slice of the country's IT and business process management (IT-BPM) sector, an industry worth roughly 38 to 40 billion US dollars and employing about 1.9 million Filipinos (IBPAP, via GMA News).
